Plus once you are all settled you will be issued your own front door access fob and entry key code, so you can access the building and your desk whenever suits. Whakapapa desks are in a seperate office area to the main coworking space, so added security for your precious business technology, or maybe your beloved pot-plant, they will all be safe and sound at Confluence. Traveling light?There's also little extras in each desk drawer such as USB chargers, mouse mats, and even little fans. And of course you'll have plenty of desk and shelf space for your own knick knacks, books, pictures, or pot-plants.

How to buy this coworking desk.
Invoice payment option.Invoicing options are available for all Whakapapa River desks. Simply by selecting 'invoice' payment option your online order will be reset to $0 due now, and instead an invoice will be raised for you using the details you supplied. The payment is in advance with a due date around 10 working days after your order date.
Invoice payments are also subject to our full terms and conditions. Choice over commitment.All available Whakapapa desks and chairs can be selected when you arrive and you are welcome to try different ones for the first few days. This allows you time to decide which combination is just right for you. Making your mind up is never rushed when you're going with the flow at Confluence, so we will help as much as we can to ensure everything is ideal. But even after all of that, if something is not quite right for you or the flow here, then we'll give a full refund with only one question being asked, "How we can improve things?"

Comfy chair?
Unlike Monty Python's famous Spanish Inquisition sketch, our comfy chairs are never torture. We've purchased all-day use professional chairs with at least 2 adjustment levers. Whakapapa desk users get to choose their favourite chair and once you have it is yours for as long as you need it. No-one else is able to select or move it. You'll also get the use of a visitors chair if you need to accomodate a visitor at your Whakapapa desk.

Confluence has a range of sit-to-stand equipment which you can try with your Whakapapa desk.
You are also welcome to bring in your own computer equipment including assistive technology.

Need extra bits?
Confluence is all about removing barriers to you and your business, so Whakapapa desks have optional 2nd monitors available, or we can even loan you an entire Apple iMac computer. There's no extra cost for these but there are limited numbers. Just add a comment during your order if there is something you would like us to supply.
With a bit of technical jiggery pokery we can also set you up with a local land-line, or basically an approximation of one, which you can then provide to your clients instead of just a mobile. Our setup for this is free but you will be responsible for the ongoing monthly costs in a separate contract with the service provider.
We also have amassed over decades of computer related peripherals and cables, from keyboards to SD card readers, whatever you need to borrow, we maybe able to help so just ask.

Whilst Confluence operates as a coworking space, as opposed to a shared office model, we also recognise that occasionally you may need the privacy of a space where you can close a door.
All Whakapapa River desks have plenty of space around them so are suitable for occasional visiting clients to meet with you, For more frequent or longer visits you are welcome to book, or use, one of our meeting spaces.
Testing the waters before committing to going with the flow at Confluence.
Your chosen start date will become your anniversary invoice date, if you have selected that payment option, and if you choose to repurchase the same desk each month. You can confirm this after your arrival. Every Whakapapa desk includes up to 2 days 'testing the waters' so we can all make sure you're happy going with the flow at Confluence. If during these days you, or our community, decide that something is amiss which cannot be corrected. In these rare circumstances we will offer a refund or void any invoice raised.
